A SELECTION OF COMPUTER ILLUSTRATED PROJECTS
MIRROR - FREE EXPRESSION
A mixed media project combining photography and computer illustration, discussing the topics of sadness, anger and women's right of expression.
CHI - VISUAL COMMUNICATION
"CHI" is a common word in the Lebanese vernacular language that means "Thing".
It is one of the most used words in slang language to describe and support many instances.
I turned CHI into a character that originates from Chinese backgrounds, where each illustration is visually representing a common expression that includes the word CHI in arabic.
For example: "CHI BYEKHOD EL 3A2EL" literally translates to "Something that grabs your brain", illustrated as CHI (the character) dragging a brain behind him.
This project attempts to visualize common linguistic expressions and how they materialize once illustrated to a different meaning from the used one.
PERCEPTION - FLICK BOOK
An illustrated flick book that discusses the theme of perception and how an incident could be perceived differently from various points of views.
LITTLE PRINCE - ILLUSTRATION BOOK
This is an attempt to re-illustrate the iconic Little Prince book, written and illustrated by Antoine de St-exupery.
The concept behind the illustrations follows the names of each of the characters, where the letters composing the names are illustrated and formed in a way to visually represent the character.
PEOPLE - FREE EXPRESSION
A selection of free expression computer illustrations representing my personal vision of some close friends.
